Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use the free plugin or purchase a Pro subscription.
By installing, purchasing or using Easy WP Migration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or related services.
Software license and subscription
The plugin code is licensed under GPLv2 or later. A Pro subscription provides access to eligible Pro features, updates and support for the number of active sites included in the purchased plan. Plans renew annually unless cancelled before renewal.
Site activations and acceptable use
You may activate Pro only on sites you own, manage or are authorized to service, within your plan allowance. Do not share, resell or expose license credentials, interfere with licensing systems, use the service unlawfully or attempt unauthorized access to another site or account.
Pricing, renewal and cancellation
Current plan prices and site allowances appear on the pricing page. The selected plan renews at its published annual list price unless you cancel. Taxes and billing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Cancelling stops future renewal and does not erase the license period already purchased.
Refunds
First-time purchases are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of purchase. Contact support with the Paddle receipt so the transaction can be located. Refund rights required by applicable law are not limited by this policy.
Backups, availability and responsibility
Migration and backup operations can be affected by hosting limits, third-party services and site configuration. Keep an independent verified backup before making production changes. The software is provided without a guarantee that every environment or third-party integration will remain continuously available.
Third-party names and services
Third-party brands and services belong to their respective owners. Easy WP Migration is not affiliated with ServMask, All-in-One WP Migration, Duplicator or other migration products referenced for comparison.
