Core workflow

Migrate a site without the usual drama

Package the source site

Open Easy WP Migration → Export. The plugin streams the database, uploads, themes and plugins into one resumable archive.

Move the archive

Download it locally, place it in your own cloud destination, or use Pro site-to-site transfer. Your data is never relayed through our servers.

Import on the destination

Install Easy WP Migration on the destination and drop the archive into Import. Large uploads are chunked and resumable.

Restore and verify

URLs and serialized values rewrite automatically. Sign in again if prompted, save permalinks once, then check the front end and admin.

Before restoring:An import replaces destination content. Keep a current backup of any production site you cannot recreate.
Pro automation

Backups you can actually recover from

Scheduled backups

Choose a frequency and retention count. Old recovery points rotate automatically so storage stays predictable.

Cloud destinations

Connect Google Drive, Dropbox, S3-compatible storage, FTP, WebDAV, OneDrive and other supported destinations.

Restore verification

Pro can validate that a recovery point is readable and that the restored site boots before you rely on it.

Private by design

Archives move directly between infrastructure you control. Cloud refresh tokens remain on your WordPress site.

Staging & connected sites

Keep staging and Sync scopes clear

Free staging

Create a noindexed clone in a subdirectory on the same server. Staging itself does not push changes back to production.

Pro Sync

Every Pro plan can connect two sites and transfer a full site or selected scope from source to destination. Sync is not a two-way merge.

Agency workflows

Freelancer adds Remote Pull and WP-CLI. Agency adds explicit tools for moving one site into or out of a multisite network.

Protect production:Create a current recovery point before any migration or Sync operation that writes to the live site.
Account & activation

Activate Pro and manage your seats

Choose a plan

Personal $79 (2 sites), Freelancer $149 (10 sites), Agency $299 (50 sites). Renewal pricing stays the same.

Copy your license key

Find the key in your purchase email or sign in to your customer account.

Activate the site

In WordPress, open Easy WP Migration → License, paste the key and select Activate.

Free a seat when a site moves

Deactivate the old site from its License screen or your account before activating a replacement.

Fast answers

Common fixes

An import stops or the browser disconnects

Return to Import and resume. Work is processed in time-budgeted chunks, so a browser or proxy timeout does not require starting the entire upload again.

I cannot sign in after restoring

Use the source site's WordPress credentials. Clear cookies for the destination domain, then save Settings → Permalinks after signing in.

License activation says the seat limit is reached

Open your customer account and deactivate a site you no longer use, or deactivate from the old WordPress installation before retrying.

A cloud connection will not complete

Confirm the site URL is correct, pop-ups are allowed and outbound HTTPS requests are not blocked. Reconnect from the destination's cloud settings.
