Does Free impose an archive-size cap?
No. Free covers resumable export and import without a plugin-imposed archive-size cap, serialized-safe search and replace, automatic URL rewriting, and manual local backups. Hosting disk space and infrastructure limits still apply. Pro adds automation and assurance.
How is licensing counted?
By site activations, not "usage." Personal covers 2 sites, Freelancer 10, and Agency 50. Deactivate a site to free a seat, and staging never consumes one.
Does the price go up at renewal?
No. Pro renews at the same list price every year for as long as the licence stays active.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — there is a 14-day refund window on first-time purchases, handled through Paddle, our merchant of record.
What currency am I charged in?
Prices are listed in US dollars. Paddle handles local currency conversion and any applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout.
